Guilds

Renaissance Re-enactment Guilds demonstrate life in the middle ages and Renaissance Era. Colorful pavilions decorate the landscape. Knights prepare for battle on the field of honor. Pirate encampments demonstrate life as a privateer. Shakespearean acting companies prepare to entertain.

Royal Guilds - Adrian Empire, Empire of Chivalry and Steel, the Kingdom of Coreathea. Royal Courts visit the Faire with all the pomp and circumstance of their own throne rooms. Bringing all of their household, servants and guard. They portray what it was to visit with royalty during the 10th to 16th century in Europe.

Encampments that re-enact the life in villages or ports of call portray life of all classes of people - peasants, merchant and nobility. Recreators reenact life in peasant, pirate and mercenary camps. Crofts demonstrate the making of the wares near the shop that sells the goods.

Privateers, legal piracy, depending on the country that you called home and the one whose ships you were raiding. Pirate encampments demonstrate the life of a pirate in his favorite port of call.
Travelling Shakespearean actors show what the life of a "bard" or storyteller was like in the 16th century. "All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players..." As You Like It, by William Shakespeare.
