| Jade Skigh Isle is a fictional island in the Mediterranean Sea. We reenact life anno Domini 1550 to 1650. Our goal is to show the every day workings of life of the people, from the lowest classes to the ruling classes, and through this educate the public. We hold two meetings a month, the first of which is a meeting at a park to discuss personas, speech, and other things of historical importance needed to educate. The second is a business meeting, and all members are invited, and encouraged, to attend.
Our court is set during the year 1575, with court colors of Green, Gold, and Black. Court heraldry consists of A field of argent per bend a ship proper vert over a field barry six of sable and ore. Currently a Baron and Baroness rule Jade Skigh Isle. Our villagers are either crafters, merchants, or entertainers primarily, and all are people that could be seen in a village for the time period. |
